As former students, UConn alumni serve as ambassadors for the many future generations of alumni that will follow. Located across the country and even internationally, the UConn Alumni Association’s Geographic Groups help to:

• Promote interaction between the Alumni Association and its family of alumni and friends
• Provide alumni with a means of communication
• Acquaint graduates with one another
• Encourage alumni involvement through programs such as career networking, community service and student recruitment

As a committed partner to the University of Connecticut, the Alumni Association works to serve alumni interests and to promote the welfare, growth and excellence of the University by fostering mutually beneficial relationships among alumni, faculty, friends and the student body. The Alumni Association encourages diverse programming that is responsive to the interest and needs of alumni within a geographical area.
