Function and meeting space within the Alumni Center, as well as the J. Robert Donnelly Husky Heritage Sports Museum, are available for use by members of the UConn community.
The entire Centennial Alumni House, including access to the Husky Heritage Sports Museum and Husky Plaza, can be reserved for $250/hour at all times. The following rooms can be reserved by an individual or organization:

Security Deposit
Rental of any of the rooms in the Centennial Alumni House must be secured with a deposit of no less than 50% of the anticipated rental fee. The deposit will be held until the function and will then be applied towards the final rental fee and/or any damages.
The security deposit is fully refundable if 48 hours notice of cancellation is given, or if the Alumni Center has an emergency that forces the cancellation of the event.
Additional Information
A catering kitchen is available for pre-approved caterers.
Restrooms are located on both the upper and lower levels, and by the Sports Museum.
Elevators are available for handicap access.
Limited parking in the Alumni lot is on a first-come, first-served basis.
We ask that you obtain a parking pass from the front desk to display inside your vehicle.
Visitors who cannot find a space in the Alumni Lot should park in the garage at the corner of Alumni Drive and Hillside Road.
The Alumni Association is happy to offer the following items for
rental, based on availability at the time of the event.
The fee for these items is $25/hour, per item:
- Piano
- LCD or overhead projector and screen
- 36” Color television and VCR/DVD
- IBM-compatible laptop
- A stereo sound system is available at no charge for background music in the Great Hall.
